Turquoise Ring

In many cultures of the Old and New Worlds, turquoise has been used for thousands of years as a holy stone, a bringer of good fortune or a talisman.
 
It's inherently fragile and sensitive to solvents; perfume and other cosmetics will affect the finish, as will most commercial jewellery cleaning fluids. Take care when wearing turquoise and enjoy its sensitive status as one of the softer, more "breathable" stones.
